6.1. Microsoft 365¶
Important
You should have Sign In with Microsoft 365 using the links below:
- General Users: Open SQEE PWA (General Users)
- QTFT Users (Thailand): Open SQEE PWA (QTFT Users)
Open the corresponding application based on your user group. If you are unsure which application to use, contact your organization’s SafeQuard administrator.
6.1.1. Microsoft Authentication and Permissions.¶
Tip
Permissions consent will be requested for first time user.
To completely remove the ProgressiveWebApp permissions for Outlook, refer to the Microsoft documentation.
6.1.2. Dropdown filtering of SafeQuard encrypted emails¶
6.1.3. Select “By Category” to view categorised emails¶
Refer to Add Outlook Category section below to select specific emails to decrypt.
6.1.4. Dropdown for SafeQuard encrypted emails retrieval¶
Note
Outlook Mailbox: This option retrieves emails from the user’s Outlook mailbox.
SafeQuard Vault: This option retrieves emails from the SafeQuard Vault, which is a secure storage for encrypted emails. (Independent from user’s Outlook mailbox)
6.1.5. Decrypt and View Email¶
Click on the “Decrypt Mail” button to view email content.
6.1.6. Reply Encrypted Email¶
Reply directly after decrypting the message. (If the reply dropout is grey out, sent permission is not given)
Note
The checkbox will send a copy of the email to our secure SafeQuard Vault storage.
6.1.7. Compose New Encrypted Email¶
Click on the “Compose Email” button at the top right corner. (If it’s grey out, sent permissions is not given)

SQEE Server selection Dropdown should only be used for users with multiple SQEE servers configured.
6.1.8. Filtering Specific Emails¶
Do the following for your account to filter the emails to be decrypted in the WepApp.
6.1.8.1. Add Outlook Category¶
Create a category in your Outlook account named “SafeQuard” and assign it to the emails you want to decrypt in the WebApp.
