3. Troubleshooting

3.1. I am sure that my network has connections that use one of the Analyzed Protocols. But I still get an empty security report.

• Make sure that when you capture the connection using any capture tool, that you are capturing the handshake between client and server, before the connection is initiated.

• If not, the connection will not show up under Analyzed Protocols.
