3.1. I am sure that my network has connections that use one of the **Analyzed Protocols**. But I still get an empty security report.

* Make sure that when you capture the connection using any capture tool, that you are capturing the handshake between client and server, before the connection is initiated.
* If not, the connection will not show up under **Analyzed Protocols**.
