3. Troubleshooting¶
3.1. I clicked the Transactions features, but I did not see any new sheets.¶
Ensure that you have provided a valid wallet address first by clicking Validate address.
Then, try moving your cursor to the valid wallet address you would like to audit for and click on that wallet address.
Ensure that the cell is highlighted before clicking on the Transactions features. You should see a new sheet popped up in the sheet bar in a few seconds.
3.2. I was not able to see any transaction details or list of blockchains in the new sheets generated by the Transactions features¶
Ensure that you have provided a valid wallet address first by clicking Validate address.
Ensure that you have selected the correct blockchain in the “Crypto” column.
If you have provided a valid wallet address and selected the correct blockchain but are still unable to see any transaction details or list of blockchains in the new sheets, it means that the wallet does not have any transaction details or the wallet address does not have any activity with any blockchains.
3.3. I have too many sheets generated by the Transactions features, now I cannot find the sheets I want.¶
You may find the sheets based on the sheet name (“Wallet” or “Blockchains” + wallet address).
On your windows keyboard, click Ctrl + f, a Find and Replace pop-up will appear.
Under the Within section, select the option for Workbook.
Enter the name of the sheet you want to find in the Find what: section.
You may have clicked each feature under Transactions more than once for each wallet address, and hence having duplicated sheets. You can identify these duplicated sheets with the same name as the original sheet with a bracket ().
You may delete unwanted sheets the same way you would delete any other Excel sheets.
3.4. I am using Excel on Internet Explorer / Excel and I am unable to find AStablish¶
Kindly refer to section 1.1. Before you start for the versions of Excel AStablish supports.
