Using the SafeQuard for Outlook Solution (Deprecating Version)

Encryption
----------

How to activate the SafeQuard Encryption for email
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

1. Compose New Mail
2. Select Insert > Click SafeQuard for Outlook

3. Select your encryption options

   - Encrypt Attachment Checkbox
   - Encrypt Message Body Checkbox
   - Plaintext Button Checkbox
   - Send alert Prompt Checkbox

4. Click to send.

   - if send alert prompt is enabled, you will see a confirmation dialog with the selected encryption options.

5. Clicking on "Confirm" will send the email with the selected encryption options.

Decryption
----------

1. Navigate to your encrypted email
2. Open the email and click on the SafeQuard for Email add-in

3. Decrypt the email

   - Decrypt and View
